A study of antiproliferative effect by Euonymus alatus (Thunb.) Sieb water-extract on SKBR3 human breast cancer cell line

Abstract
|
|
|
Purpose : ÀÌ ¿¬±¸´Â SKBR3 Àΰ£ À¯¹æ¾Ï ¼¼Æ÷ÁÖ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Euonymus alatus (Thunb.) Sieb ÃßÃâ¹° (CWE) ÀÇ Áõ½Ä¾ïÁ¦, Ç×»êÈ ÀÛ¿ë ¹× ¼¼Æ÷»ç À¯¹ß È¿°ú¸¦ °ËÅäÇϱâ À§ÇØ ÀÌ·ç¾î Á³´Ù.
Methods : SKBR3 ¼¼Æ÷ÁÖ´Â 48½Ã°£ µ¿¾È ´Ù¾çÇÑ ³óµµ (0-40;{mu}g/ml)ÀÇ CWE¸¦ ÷°¡ÇÏ¸é¼ ¹è¾çµÇ¾ú°í, ¼¼Æ÷ÀÇ »ýÁ¸ ºñÀ²Àº MTT ¹è¾çÀ» ÅëÇؼ Æò°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ CWEÀÇ Áõ½Ä¾ïÁ¦ È¿°ú´Â À¯¹æ¾Ï ¼¼Æ÷ÁÖÀÇ ¼¼Æ÷»ç¿Í °ü·ÃµÇ¾î ÀÖÀ½À» ÇüÅÂÇÐÀûÀÎ º¯È¿Í ¿Ã¸®°í´ºÅ¬·¹¿À¼Ø DNA ºÐÀýÀ» ÅëÇØ È®ÀÎÇÏ¿´´Ù.
Results : CWEÀÇ 50%¿¡¼ È¿°ú¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»°Ô ÇÏ´Â ¾à¹°³óµµÀÎ ED_{50} (effective dose 50%)Àº 9.3+2.2{mu}g/mlÀ̸ç, ¾à¹°ÀÇ ³óµµ¿¡ ÀÇÁ¸ÇÏ¿© ¼¼Æ÷ÀÇ Áõ½ÄÀ» ¾ïÁ¦½ÃÄ×´Ù. ¾Æ¿ï·¯, ´Ù¾çÇÑ ³óµµ¿Í ¹è¾ç½Ã°£¿¡¼ CWE°¡ ROS »ý»êÀ» ¾ïÁ¦ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ» ¹àÈú ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. µû¶ó¼ ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ÀÛ¿ë°ú Ç׾Ͽ¹¹æÈ¿°ú´Â ³óµµ¿Í ³ëÃ⠽𣿡 ÀÇÁ¸ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
Conclusion : ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ °üÂûÀ» ÅëÇØ Euonymus alatus (Thunb.) SiebÀÇ ¿¼ö ÃßÃâ¹°Àº SKBR3 Àΰ£ À¯¹æ¾Ï ¼¼Æ÷ÁÖ¿¡ ´ëÇØ °ÇÑ Áõ½Ä¾ïÁ¦ È¿°ú¿Í °·ÂÇÑ Ç×»êÈÈ¿°ú ¹× ¼¼Æ÷»çÀÇ À¯¹ß È¿°ú¸¦ °¡Áö´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ÀνÄÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù.
